After many attempts, we decided on the diameter, length, and angle of the knobs so they would replicate exactly the positioning of the fingers of a manual therapist. After dozens of prototypes, we finally decided on this very effective design.

Every neck is different, so we wanted to make sure that no matter who used this it would fit your neck. The knobs have different slots they can go into so that the width can be customized to your exact neck size no matter your size.
