Can I use crystal cat litter and fill the whole litter box? Can the entire device be washed with water?

This litter box is not suitable for crystal cat litter. DO NOT fill litter above the MAX line(9lbs or less).

Before use, make sure the 8 buckles are fastened to prevent the silicone pad which inside from falling off.

Note: The base cannot be washed.

Can I use this litter box for cats under 3lbs (1kg)?

Cats less than 3lbs (1kg) are NOT allowed to use this device.

Cat or kitten must weigh at least 3Ibs(1kg) and is age 6 months or older to safely use the device.

Can I use the APP using only a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection?

Connected to a secure 2.4GHz network.

No, placing the cat litter box on a mat or soft carpet is not recommended.
